Minutes of the Planning Committee held in the Trust Room on Tuesday 28th April 2015 at 7.30pm
PRESENT: 5 Councillors: Cllr. A. Lovell (Chair), Cllr. K. Allen, Cllr. J. Henshall, Cllr. R. Lovell and Cllr. H. Newcombe. In addition, Mrs E Illingworth (Clerk), Cllr J. Hawkins and 4 members of the public.
P/024/15 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE (1) None received.
P/025/15 MINUTES (2) The Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 24th March 2015 were agreed and signed as a correct record.

NO DECISION MADE ON RECOMMENDATION Full details of the application has not been posted in the District Council website and for that reason it is recommended/requested that the full consultation period be given from the date the full application is available. (6 weeks). The parish Council will then be pleased to consider at that time.
