P/054/10 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE (1) Apologies were received from Cllr. P. Pudduck and Cllr. A. Pithers.
P/055/10 MINUTES (2) The Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Tuesday 22nd June 2010 were signed as a correct record.

2. 30/1267/10/F Copy correspondence to SHDC regarding application, (decision not yet made) concerning safety of school children during construction, from Mr B Longland, Chair of Governors, Kingswear Primary School. The comments regarding safety were supported by the parish council.
