The Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Tuesday 21st June 2011 were agreed and signed as a correct record.

            Reasons:

            Concerns over height of the building

            A condition of approval should be a multi-use path as a vital link to access the countryside in this AONB for the future.

            A solid fence would restrict users

            If hedged the path width must not be reduced as traffic in this area is very dangerous.
