P/056/15 PLANNING APPLICATIONS (6) 1. 30/1382/15/F Householder application for ground floor level extension for Dr D Burston at Coombe Cottage, Bridge Road, Kingswear. TQ6 0DZ. OBJECTION Comment: The design and scale of this application is out of keeping with the building line and within this rural location. This arts and crafts character property is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the mass is out of context. There is no need for a lift shaft to be included in the extension. The effect on the neighbouring property will be loss of amenity as this application would overlook the house and garden.
2. 30/1504/15/F Removal of embankment in front of rock face to create 4No additional parking spaces (resubmission of 30/0442/15/F) for Mr D Elliott at Car Parking SX8870 5123, Higher Contour Road, Kingswear. NO OBJECTION
3. 30/1542/15/F Provision of agricultural/equestrian building and use of land for both agriculture and equestrian for Mr and Mrs A Murrell at Proposed development site at SX 902 518. NO OBJECTION
