Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Kingswear Parish Council will be held at the Sarah Roope Trust Rooms, Church Hill, Kingswear on Tuesday 7th February 2012 at 7.30pm

1 To note any Apologies for Absence.
2 To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Council Meeting held 10th January 2012.
3 Declaration of Interest. Councillors are reminded that they should declare any relevant interest in items to be considered.
4 Exempt information – to consider whether the consideration of any item of business would be likely to disclose exempt information and if so the category of such information. This relates to: i. Draft report from Devon Rural Housing Partnership Housing Needs Survey for parish council approval. ii. To agree minutes of emergency additional meeting concerning Cemetery Lodge on the 24th January 2012. iii. Review of Quotations for Lime Kiln renovation work
5 Items requiring urgent attention.
6 To receive a report from the Police (PC R. Hewett).
7 Report from Mr Paul McFadden Devon County Council Footpath Warden concerning the options for rebuild of the path from Jubilee Park to Hoodown. The route to be decided.
8 General update on footpath matters from Mr Mc Fadden, County Footpath Warden
9 To hear any questions that members of the public may wish to raise.

17 Carlow Bequest Senior Citizens lunch review. To agree a donation of £25 for Ell’s Angels for performance. Update for ideas of usage of funds for the community.
18 Cemetery Planting Camellias at a cost of £114.
19 Diamond Jubilee Update on proposed projects To consider consultation regarding the provision of a clock in the Royal Dart Tower To agree a funding for commemorative mugs and bunting.
20 Shakespearean Event Provision of £80 donation for toilets.
