NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Kingswear Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 20th May 2008 in the Trust Room at 7.30pm. Press and public welcome

1 To elect the Chairman of the Council for the ensuing year
2 To receive the Chairman's Declaration of Acceptance of Office
3 To receive any apologies for absence
4 To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 15th April 2008
5 To elect the Vice-Chairman of the Council for the ensuing year
6 To receive the Vice-Chairman's Declaration of Acceptance of Office
7 To confirm the composition of the Planning Committee
8 To receive a report from the police.
9 To review the Council’s insurance cover
10 Annual Subscriptions - Review
11 To appoint representatives to the following outside committees and bodies for the ensuing year:- 1 Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta Committee; 2 Dart Forum; 3 Devon Conservation Forum; 4 Trustees of Sarah Roope's Almshouses; 5 Kingswear Hall Management Committee; 6 Market and Coastal Towns initiative; 7 SHDC Noss Advisory Group. 8 Dart Riparian Parish Group 9 DHNA River Dart Non- beneficiary Group
