Please note: an additional fee of £5 per hour is payable for use outside the times stated e.g. for setting up/cleaning.

I/We undertake to leave the facility in the condition in which it was found. We understand that a fee will be incurred for any loss/damage or cleaning of the premises/equipment as a result of this hiring. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain any necessary alcohol licence and that any personal electrical equipment used will have the necessary PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) certification.

N.B.: Keys to Halls are held at Kingswear Post Office, 3, The Square. For events taking place on Sunday, please collect no later than 5:30pm the previous Saturday.
